Custom crocs are handmade with love so delivery is 2 to 3 weeks. Times may vary depending on the complexity of the designs. However, we strive to finish orders much sooner. If you need your customize a certain date please account for processing time. (Most orders are shipping much sooner)

Once your order is complete, you will be sent pictures for final approval followed by a link for the final payment.
- After the final payment has cleared your crocs will be shipped out promptly that day or the next based on response time.
- Please note shipping costs will be more when purchasing 2 or more crocs.
- DISCLAIMER: Croc accessories are hand placed and can be damaged or fall off if crocs are , stepped on, or bent improperly. Accersories can be reapplied with glue or other adhesives. THERE ARE NO REFUNDS ON CUSTOMIZED CROCS.
