• Custom crocs are handmade with love so delivery is 3 to 4 weeks. Times may vary depending on the complexity of the designs. However, we strive to finish orders much sooner. If you need your customize a certain date please account for processing time.

• Once your order is complete, you will be sent pictures for final approval followed by a link for the final payment. 
• After the final payment has cleared your crocs will be shipped out promptly that day or the next based on response time.
